Martha began her entrepreneurial career straight out of college --- not in the rarified air of investment banking but as a secondhand rag merchant in London, England. “The bottom of the barrel was a great place to start”, says Fouts, “there was no place to go but up!”

She has applied her street savvy sales and negotiation skills in numerous businesses from punk rock retail stores, to apparel manufacturing, to international sportswear licensing. Ten years of corporate sales experience with venture capital and private equity backed companies added a little snap to her bite. She continues to hone her natural entrepreneurial skills in her current role as the President and CEO of Trademark. She has survived no less than three recessions with her quirky sense of humor still firmly intact.

Tim uses his professional negotiating skills to secure winning outcomes for the sellers of businesses in industries as diverse as construction, financial services, manufacturing, engineering and healthcare services.

We call Tim our ninth-hole closer. He has distinguished himself with a unique ability to resolve last minute deal-killer issues on and off the golf course.

Adriana’s career started right after high school when she obtained her real estate license (in Texas and then again in Florida). She went on to study International Business at Florida International University in Miami hoping to pursue a career helping businesses establish themselves in Mexico. Just before graduation, Adriana decided to top off her education with a law degree from the Texas Wesleyan School of Law. Committed to a focus in corporate and international law, Adriana then spent five years working with Ferguson Law Group as an M&A, general counsel and corporate transactions attorney before she transitioned into private practice and working as an intermediary for Trademark Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition to her solo practice and her work with Trademark, Adriana is an avid entrepreneur and inventor. Adriana is happily married to her husband, Glenn, an entrepreneur in the roadway construction business. Adriana and Glenn have an absolutely gorgeous baby girl, Juliet.

Prior to showing up at Trademark she was a valued Instructional Designer for Steinbrucher and Associates where she created and designed facilitator –led customized leadership and customer service training programs --- skills which are now being utilized at Trademark to develop a new proprietary intermediary training program.

Betty devotes much of her life outside of work to the development of her very own Happiness Workshops where she teaches those willing to follow how to manifest their desires and live the joyous and fulfilling life they deserve.
